          As the tiny girl gave him that “tap” on the back, Wolfgang did the same to her.  Albeit much harder in comparison, but he wanted to greet her like he was greeted.  To be friendly.

           walani stumbled a bit, looking shocked, but regained her balance && pulled something round out of her bag sheepishly. it was a coconut. FIGURES ; she was a little bit of a stringbean, so it wasn’t much of a surprise she was having trouble with it. scuffs && scratches on the outside illustrated that.

“Again? Really? I told you leftovers were in the fridge Walani.” the man said to his roommate as he walked into the room. He picked up the empty box and scowled at the other.  “Mental note to start packing lunches for you.” he mumbled angrily, picking up a few other things on the ground and throwing them away.

           ❛ shit, sorry, i forgot  at least pizza was a little bit easier. plus, the delivery guy was cute as HELL && i got his number. ❜ she’d probably be too lazy to call, though.

           walani grinned && flashed warly a thumbs-up. she shifted on the couch, looking as if she was about to get up - nope, false alarm. she was just fixing her sweatshirt. spending her day skating around while eating pizza was pretty tiring.

          Eh, he was a loser too. 

          As the compass was presented to him, the scientist frowned, looking it over carefully. Goodness, he could barely see the needle in it.

          “ Did you make this yourself? It’s a bit difficult to see, but here, try moving around a bit. If the needle is able to move freely enough, you should see it turn as the dial stays still. Wherever the red part is pointing is magnetic North, so you can reorient yourself if you’ve gotten your map a bit turned around. Makes keeping track of where you are–or finding one of us if we get lost–a lot easier. “

           no, walani. not really. it looked as if she’d begun to make it, fallen asleep, && then just lazily threw the rest of it together when she woke up to just get it over with. yikes. nonetheless, she was still rather proud of it, even though she had no idea how to use it ; she only nodded along with what wilson was saying to humor him. she actually had no idea what the HELL he was talking about.
