Typical for people to fall asleep on the bus, given how much they’ve worked that day or the lack of sleep. New York had its fair share of hard-workers who would rather work multiple shifts rather than do nothing at all, which earned Jimmy’s respect. This afternoon was no different for his eyes caught sight of a stranger sleeping beside hi, by the looks of it, she must have been exhausted so it would have been rude to disturb her moment of peace.

Perhaps that wasn’t the smartest move due to the fact that this person seemed to miss their stop already. Though a polite smile plastered itself onto his features, the young man couldn’t help but feel guilty, “You were out like a light, I’m sure your stop wasn’t too far back since we’re stuck in traffic.”
