woah!! you’re OG. thanks for sticking around I guess I’m okay. Stable the most accurate word here. Lately I’ve been reflecting on projects that I didn’t continue for.... reasons? because I forgot to? Because I lost steam? Probably all of those and more, but I’m trying to remember literal decades of things from highschool and college, before I hit a serious mental health crisis and before I had the wind kicked out of me. My memory is not so great and some of it is really hard to look at!

Feels like I’m retelling myself the story of my creative life, like I’m finally the reader and not the author. It’s strange and kinda exciting in a way, but I wish I could’ve written down what I was thinking back then, or why I made design choices the way I had. I want to get back to those stories and characters and maybe give them the treatment they deserve

please stop spreading misinformation and hopelessness because so, so many people are misunderstanding what bernie did today

bernie suspended his campaign because he has more important things to focus on such as dealing with the pandemic

he is still on the ballot and if your state hasn’t had a primary yet you can still vote for him to earn him delegates

there is some cause for concern that everyone reporting that he’s dropped out altogether can affect voter turnout, and we need to counteract this by spreading the word on what’s actually happening.

my crime of insinuating horny on main

au where I just draw Nero however I feel like, apparently

trying to parse out the details of a silly high school au that’s more along the lines of one of those exuberant anthro-of-a-concept comedy animes [first one that comes to mind is cells at work]. 

anyway the basic parameters are these: 

all of them are aware that they're ocs,

they’re anthros of “ideas” that are still working out the details of themselves before they enter a canon [so they’re more like young concepts rather than what’d they’d canonically look like as a teenager]

the school trains them to be prepared for what they may expect as an oc

the homeroom classes are divided into the separate canons

there’s a mysterious unseen “admittance committee” that submits new students and curriculums [it’s just me with groucho glasses, routinely being a dick to the staff/student body] 

newly made ocs that are gettin on in their years become non-teaching staff [janitors/ librarians/ counselors etc] 

the teachers are all ocs I’ve had for a long time who’ve “graduated” and have seen some shit, teaching subjects relative to their character. 

all the subjects have titles like “Conflict Endurance” and “Backstory Development” and “Fourth Wall Awareness” that always end up with outrageous scenarios being inflicted on the students 

possibly a student council and some after-school clubs?? for antagonists or supporting cast? haven’t gotten that far

aaaand that’s what I got, eventually I’ll draw some stuff when I’m not scrambling to put together dnd

I don’t regret buying it, but clip is difficult to work in... i miss coloring in cs6 but clip actually has a stabilizer. I need a lot of tutorials but I hate studying

I don’t spend all of my time debating nuanced uses of words with my peers, only to come up with an excuse to keep me out of a room that’s called Juror’s Deliberation.
