Vasilios raised his head at attention with a stifled yawn, “Sup,” He softly hummed. “I’m doing good, I guess..”
"I get that, well... I just got back from therapy. I find it so ironic that I have to go to therapy because I went to therapy (Vanessa's mom is homophobic and Vanessa is a Lesbain so she got sent to conversion therapy) but yeah, "
Vasilios drawled another hum thoughtfully with a lazed nod in reaction. “Therapy huh? I see.” The mention enough kind of seemed too touchy of a question so he decided to overlook it and switch up things. “You new to camp I’m guessing? I haven’t seen you around before.”
"Yeah, me and my twin brother just got here two days ago!"
Vasilios nodded again in response. “Makes sense yeah, welcome to Camp Half-blood I guess.”
"Thanks, what's it like being a child of Hypnos?"
“Ah y’know—” Vasilios shrugged casually. “Hypnos kids are known being the laziest in camp which isn’t a good look, but it’s whatever. But we help others with sleep probs on the occasion, and we’re mostly visiting dreams of our other half-siblings or other kids in camp. Sometimes the random visit from dad outta nowhere. Things like that — most would think it’s not amazing being a Hypnos kid but there’s plenty upsides; we don’t have to go on a lot of quests fortunately, which I prefer that over being any other kid related to some other god.”
"That sounds nice I guess. "
“Yeah, and me being biased our cabin’s also the comfiest one out of all the others as well.” He nods.
"Oh nice, me and Doug slept on a pile of straw back in Tennessee so this is an upgrade!"
