So it looks like I made it to my 30th. birthday! I remember having anxiety about turning 30 when I was younger lol.. But now that it's actually here I'm just grateful and happy to be celebrating another year.. With that said I plan on having a good day and I hope everyone else does too! My colorful salad. I usually make a simple salad dressing with olive oil and whatever seasonings I can scrape up. Sometimes I also like to add lemon juice. Obviously my chopping skills need some work, but then again its all going to the same place :)

Experimenting with soba noodles. They came out pretty tasty, and they're simple to prepare:

+Bring water to a boil

+Add noodles

+When the noodles start to boil over add a cup of cold water

+After the water starts to boil again remove from heat and strain

+Because the noodles are still cooking after being strained they require being cooled with cold water, but I usually opt not to do this and eat them warm

+Add seasoning with sauce on the side an serve

+Enjoy!
