Welcome to Vocaloid Song Tournaments!

After spending so long on Tumblr and seeing polls and tournaments everywhere, I wanted to do some myself. As such, here is a blog dedicated to Vocaloid song tournaments.

The first one was themed around my personal favorite Vocaloid songs, and you guys vote on which one is the best. Continuing tournaments afterwards will occur once per month and will be themed. To commemorate the winners of these tournaments, I have a Hall of Fame for you to check out!

I also have Ellipsus links for the list of each song in previous and current tournaments and how they ranked overall. Here’s the link for tournaments from 2023-2025 and here’s the link from 2026 to present!

I even have a comprehensive list of YouTube playlists for the previous song tournaments and the current done. Give a listen to them whether you’re looking for your favorite songs or for songs you’ve never heard before!

Note that I use Vocaloid as an umbrella term, as I will sometimes include songs by other vocal synth software such as SynthV, Cevio, etc. However, since I am kinda biased towards the OG Vocaloid software, expect most of the songs to come from that.

With things steadily going back to normal, here are some statistics of what happened in Round 2! Teto still has the most songs left by far, but took a few hits recently while Eleanor Forte and Yi Xi are still kicking as well with 2-3 songs left each. Meanwhile, Round 2 also saw Solaria and Kevin getting wiped out while Maki and GUMI are barely hanging on. As for the Wild Cards, there are 3 left.

We are now onto music that a new Vocaloid/Vocalsynth fan might run into when first delving into this community, but which of it is the best? Continue to vote, reblog, spread harmless propaganda, and have fun as we go into Round 3!

Technical Difficulties

Alright, so something glitched and the polls that were supposed to be live 2 hours ago are not because they have been sent to the void. For a long time afterward, I couldn't even post anything. The posts may suddenly come back from the void in typical Tumblr fashion, but I'm going to treat this as if they won't and repost the Round 2, Set 4 polls ASAP. I'll also re-reblog any Round 2, Set 3 polls with ties in them to reveal the tiebreaker results because those reblogs have been sent to the void, too.

To re-establish the normal schedule of tournament polls, the Round 3, Set 1 polls will occur at 10:25 PM CST as usual while the Round 2, Set 4 polls are still going. The rest of the Round 3 match-ups will be revealed after the Round 2, Set 4 polls conclude. I'm really sorry for the trouble and I hope something like this doesn't happen again,
