i am living such a strange life

too scared to go outside bc there's like humans out there

jump between habits randomly. one habit was painting, another time i bought several raspberry pis and gave them artificial sentience on discord with python magic. then i deleted discord and shut it down after the recognition worked like too well and it stored thousands of conversations on servers and was responding every ~5-15 minutes to conversations from what built up to be days old. got banned. shut it down and haven't turned it on since. watched every harry potter movie three times for the first time. most recently i have had my computer AFK on roblox for 4 days straight because for some reason that's fun to me. sometimes at 5 minutes before midnight i strip and just lay on my living room floor for 10 minutes and then go back to bed

oh also i haven't slept a regular sleep cycle for months and eat between 0 and 2 meals a day

I've been up between 1am and 6am every night for a few weeks now

I've deleted all social media a few months ago

I live alone. like literally, i live alone. only see people when i go to get food

will my cycle last forever or will i look back on these days

when i was a kid i used to sit on my laptop in front of the tv for hours and hours. didn't matter what i was doing, it was just such a normal and relaxing way of life. as time went by, i went from a laptop to a desktop and it seems like that's when i grew up in some way

i got a laptop recently after i quickly googled the best laptop of 2021 (win10 64x) and it's like everything before the last time i sat in the lounge on my laptop was such a waste of time. I've lived so well this week and feel happy and relaxed again, all because of one simple, small thing I haven't done in about a decade

sometimes the cure to depression can be easy. look back in time to when you weren't depressed and try to mimick your previous behaviours, might find yourself back where you left yourself
