Ok so I'm setting some rules for myself..
Rules:
- drink at least 4, 16 oz glasses of water a day
- exercise daily(I have a plan written out)
- chew thoroughly, at least 30 times before swallowing
-no distractions while eating
- don't eat in front of people(so I don't look like a fat slob and it's embarrassing when someone comments on my eating habits)
- cut food up into small bites
- alwayyys measure food and track c4ls accurately
- never go over 1500 but aim for 600-800 per day
- chug water before and after meals
- keto(20-40g of carbs per day)
- IF(following my fasting schedule)
