I’ve gone from 65.7kg (aprox 145lbs) down to 53.5kg (118lbs) I’m 162cm (5”4) I thought this would help me like my body but I still feel over weight my arms feel too big and I still have a little tummy pouch….. does anyone know how to get rid of that little bit of fat on the lower abdomen.

Off topic but using both measurements feels weird one is American and the other the imperial system and Canada zigzags between the both of them. My country is a mess in regard to the measurement of weight and distance.
