You may have a single Sim run this store alone: opening up each dawn, restocking goods throughout the day, and locking up at night. Or let an entire family take part, turning the shop into their family business. One Sim handles stock deliveries, another mans the checkout, someone arranges the shelves. The kids grab snacks by the entrance after school and tidy stray goods before dinner.
It also works wonderfully as a setting for neighbourhood storylines 🏘️.
Regular customers stop by for their usual drink, neighbours chat while paying at the counter, locals pause by the door to check notices, and visitors shelter under the awning when it rains. This space may look compact, yet it can hold countless little moments of everyday life.
I will finish this entire set in four separate parts over four months.
This month marks Part One: Exterior build and decor CC for the Corner Konbini. There are 104 CC items in total ✨.
It includes most doors and windows, a selection of decorative props, as well as street assets to build surrounding streetscapes.
For Part Two, I will create in-store infrastructure and the checkout work zone 🏪.
I have successfully worked out functional ready-to-eat meal equipment. Items such as hot dog machines, oden cookers and self-serve instant noodle stations will be made. Cookable food can be displayed on the counter for sale.
In Part Three and Part Four, I will develop retail goods, display freezers, daily necessity cabinets and other furnishings in separate batches 🧊.

This series is not merely random individual props. The whole concept centres on a practical, fully usable corner konbini scene 🏪.
You can directly construct a complete space brimming with neighbourhood vibe, Japanese aesthetic and genuine everyday charm.
I will keep adding in-store functional zones, checkout work areas, food and beverage displays, daily necessities and various konbini equipment 🧾 to gradually complete this collection. The finished full build will be released alongside Part Four CC.
