Even if they were a kid, they understood the words maybe a bit too much. They were happy to be useful for something, even more if it make the other happy. Frisk being on Asgore’s lap, they turn to hug them with all their mighty force. Chara being even more inside their mind, always fleeing from these moments.

Asgore softly hugged back. Honestly he was much happier with Frisk then anyone Frisk always reminded him of so many good time he had being part of a family. He just wanted happy moments like this to last for a very long time to come.

It was difficult to let go of old habits from the old life that they wouldn’t want to come back, but they thought that maybe... Pehaps... They could try it now. Asgore said that and... You thought of him as such not much after that.

Yeah, Frisk made their decision, even if now their heart was pumping so fast. This could go so wrong. Maybe that is not the right time. Maybe it never going to be the right time. Pehaps it’s not the same to him. Or he never meant what he said... So much fear, but they had their determination, that was so much more present now.

Frisk pulls away from the embrace and puts both of their hand on Asgore’s cheeks, smiling tentatively.

“Da... D-Daddy.”
