this g1 i hatched a while ago finally sold and it already had a name and my first thought was "aww skip is a cute name..." and then i realized. that thing's getting exalted

second time i've seen someone mention "bog crest" as something akin to tundra leg/fae neck. as in, f pose bog's wing almost looks like a second crest. i simply don't think this is true in the slightest

whenever i see someone say that the achievement shop should have more stuff in it i just think… it was added less than a year ago. it’s ok to wait for things

i never got what ppl meant about covering up the liquid line bc tbh i tried to avoid capsule but now i know how right they are….

#my dragons #flight rising #their names are snail and ganymede #ganymede was on the chopping block tbh i just couldn't come up with a scry i liked #piebald saving the day for real #the initial scries i was looking at were too dark i think. too one-note #like you've got blue secondary and tertiary. and a primary with blue accents. you'd expect that to be perfect #but yknow what.... sometimes more matchy.... is worse....

forgot i had other things on the AH and thought the dragon i put up for 2kg sold

those two dragons ostensibly have good color combos (with matching eyes even) but i just don't feel particularly moved by any of the scries i've come up with

i'll try making some outfits for them later, maybe that'll help

i'm honestly surprised how many dragons i have with sparkle. i think it's an okay gene overall but sometimes it really works

#chipchat #maybe it's because i tend to see people recommend it as a way to 'hide' a bad tert #and i hate it when genes are used like that. tbh. huge pet peeve of mine #<- spines disliker #(more so the general depiction of spines as such a gene but also it's just so. nothing)#(i like the idea of spines but it's not noticeable enough for me)

mentioned to my sister the other day that i felt like i should stop finding new g1s to buy.... like i was going too fast or something.... but she said it was ok because i was having fun doing it.... which is true.... so i went on the AH and found another one.... and it's not like i'm buying ten at a time....
