Hi, did anyone else grow up playing Runescape? It was the poor man’s World of Warcraft in the early 2000s. Cause I’m half-thinking of putting together a roleplay based on that world.

The Berry Days

Welcome to Berry, Illinois. The year is 1920, and the possibilities are endless.
Just a 45-minute car ride from the heart of downtown Chicago, Berry maintains all the charm of a humble midwestern town while retaining access to the lifeblood of the Roaring Twenties movement.
Along with that access, comes trouble too. As the prohibition movement spreads, Berry is starting to host a seedy underbelly of bootleggers, gang members, and drunkards. These fat cats threaten the family-friendly nature of Berry’s old establishment.
Can the locals hold strong against these invaders? Will speakeasies take over the cellars of historic houses? Is the government strong enough to withstand political corruption?
Only time will tell.
Pull up your stockings, ladies, it’s sure to be a bumpy ride.

Hi, is anyone interested in doing a small thing? I’ve been playing around with the idea of genre a lot recently, and I want to mash up apocalyptic + medieval. I thought maybe we could each come up with a character or two and see where it takes us? Obvs I would eventually transfer it to a script format (cause I can’t not.) Text me, kids.

Also, what are you feeling like? I’m getting my primary feelz out through my thesis script right now, so tumblr stuff will be secondary and I’m down with whatever. Sidenote: said thesis script definitely incorporates elements of all our shenanigans over the past 20 years of writing... like nonsense from xanga.
