Ooh, this is actually kinda a neat thing, because you can think of it as a checklist:
Who: Main character(s)
Why: Character goal or desire (stated)
Why: Character need (implied)
When: Inciting Incident
What: Means (that achieves the goal/need)
Where: Place A >> Place B
How: The Plan
Obstacle(s): antagonist or challenge
For example:
Who: Bilbo Baggins, a respectable hobbit of Hobbiton
Why: Treasure, wealth (stated)
Why: Adventure, self-respect (implied)
When: After supper
What: Quest
Where: Hobbiton >> The Lonely Mountain
How: A company of dwarves, a wizard, and an ancient map and key
Main antagonist(s): a dragon
Thus, in less than 100 words:
Bilbo Baggins is a respectable hobbit in Hobbiton, never making any trouble or having any adventures. But when a wizard and a company of dwarves invite themselves to dinner, Bilbo finds himself joining their quest from the shires of Hobbiton to the legendary Lonely Mountain, the home of a long lost treasure, and quite, possibly, a dragon.

[BTS] Kim Taehyung x Reader
Genre: Romance | Fluff | Angst
Word Count: 3.9K
Summary: Days would turn into weeks, which would evolve to months without seeing him or feeling his sweet embraces. He had responsibilities as an idol and it was selfish of you to want to keep him all to yourself. Although you had loved him, it was difficult to accept that Kim Taehyung didn’t belong to you.
His name was known worldwide by adoring legions of fans and spectators who supported him near and far, helping his success doubled through the roof of the music industry. To think that Taehyung once donned leather jackets and cheap gold chains around his neck was almost amusing. His hard work had earned him fame and fortune as his body is now covered in designer clothing with the most luxurious accessories that he could afford.
Taehyung possessed everything that had made him so desirable and irresistible in everyone’s eyes. He always held a dark gaze that could stare into your soul and beautiful pink lips which looked so kissable. Even behind that pretty face he had, Taehyung was one of the rare few with a golden heart. Despite being a famous performer, he was never cocky or arrogant towards anyone else with his success and his riches. He really did have everything- the complete package.
That made everyone want him for themselves.

Miss Me?
Kim Namjoon x Reader
Part One Part Two
There were late nights where you had laid awake in your duvets and stared up at the ceiling with your thoughts running rampantly in your head, leaving you awake at midnight. You often had dreams on stumbling across his path again, meeting him once again, when you knew neither of you had the right to see each other again. Those dreams had soon evolved into nightmares in your slumber, once you saw the same blonde woman from that night appear around his arm.
She would look at you with her wide eyes and smile maliciously in your direction before turning Namjoon away from you and leading him the opposite way. You would wake from your sleep either panting heavily or in tears. Somehow, it was those same nights that lead you to the studio at night and produce lyrics that would be developed the next day.
Your elder band mates often worried about your behavior, having secret meeting about to confront you about it. You couldn't blame them, they only worried about your wellbeing. It may had also worried them that out of all the songs you had produced, hardly any of them had a joyful story. They would often read off heartbreaking lyrics that led them to wonder how such pitiful emotions could be written down and performed.
You sat alone in the studio, with a pencil in your hand as the blank pages taunted you. The tapping of empty wood echoed softly in the room and you sighed quietly. "Why is this so much harder than usual?" You questioned yourself as you leaned back into your chair, tossing the pencil aside on the table.
"Maybe you're too concentrated on something else." A deep voice answers, causing for you to grab onto the first thing you can grab and toss it in that direction, which happened to be a heavy book. You peek from behind your chair, hearing a pained groan.
Namjoon stands up to his feet, holding his head with a pained expression and a copy of 'House of Leaves.' You roll your eyes at him, twisting your body back to your journal. "Who asked you?" He chuckles at your sassy remark, dropping the book back onto the table and dragging another chair besides you.
"If I remember correctly, it was you, sweetheart." Namjoon leans closer to you and whispers into your ear, laughing when he received a merciless slap on his arm. You huff out your cheeks, turning away from him. You had meant to continue to writing, but it was the unused pages that reminded you that you frankly hadn't even started.
Namjoon sighed softly, taking his own supplies from his backpack. You glanced at his side of the table and pursed your lips into a hard frown when you see the familiar worn-down leather notebook. The image of the blonde girl in his arms flashed in your mind and you gripped the pencil tighter in your hand.
"Listen, sweetheart. I don't mean to worry you, but you're killing that pencil." You shake your head, looking at the bent pencil in your grip. Sighing, you toss it towards him and grab a pen instead, looking at your journal with distaste. Namjoon gazes at you with saddened eyes, then turning to his journal with an idea in his head.
Turning past the aged pieces of paper, he searches for some of the earliest pages of his work. "Remember this one? We worked all night on this one." Namjoon tries to get your attention, waving the pages in your face. You occasionally steal looks at the journal, biting down onto the insides of your cheeks to prevent the fond smile of the faint memories with him.
"Aish, why are you like this?" Namjoon groans out of frustration, throwing the notebook aside. You flinched at his sudden yelling, shrinking into your chair. He stood to his feet, furiously running his fingers through his hair. You didn't dare to say a word as he leaned towards you, trapping you into your chair by gripping the armrests.
Namjoon gazes at you with his stern dark eyes, his plump lips forming a thin line. You turned away from him, wrapping your fingers around his wrists and pushing them away. Standing up, you reach for the journal, dusting off the imaginary dirt off of its surface. You gaze at the binding, grazing your fingers on each bent edge and scratch before handing it to him.
"Love songs are just overrated lyrics about fairytale romances that won't come true." Namjoon's eyes widened at your frank declaration, feeling the familiar sensation of leather under his fingers. You shook your head dismissively at him, turning your heel to head towards the door.
"What happened to the (Name) that dreamed about finding her true love? Where is the (Name) who would never leave my side?" You stop in your footsteps, rocking yourself onto your heels. Namjoon strolls closer to you, his chest pressing against your back. His arms gently wrap around your frame, pulling you closer towards him. Your eyes begin to burn with the unshed tears, shutting them tightly as the first tears rolled down your cheeks.
Namjoon's embrace grows tighter, seemingly wanting to let go. Your own arms reach to retract yourself from his hold, but he is more stronger this time. "Why is that when I try to get away, you somehow reappear?" You sniffle, dropping your arms at your side. Namjoon replies to your question with silence, carefully sitting onto the floor with you in his arms.
"You're not leaving me this time. I'm not going to let you slip by again." He mumbles quietly in your shoulder, listening to your occasional sniffles and sobs.
Trip to the Market
[BTS] Park Jimin x Reader
Genre: Fluff | Romance
Summary: He had always dreaded doing the daily errands and chores that his older band mates forced him into. Then he crashed into a rather attractive employee at the local market.
His hands were stuck down the pockets of his lightwashed jeans and his head was turned towards the ground, attempting to avoid the bustling crowds of people surrounding him. Jimin’s hand was occasionally lifted from his pants to pull his mask closer to his face. He sighed quietly under his breath, reaching for the few grocery baskets that remained at the entrance.
There happened to be a few stragglers inside the store, calmly searching for their desired items before waiting in the nonexistent lines at the cashiers. This was typical for him, however, as they usually went on market trips late at night, when there was hardly any chance for them to run into fans at this hour. Jimin reached for his sunglasses and placed them onto his snapback, yawning softly.
Although he had been used to the little hours of sleep because he had spent most of them in the dance studio, practicing in his free time, it didn’t mean that Jimin preferred to be awake to do overdue grocery shopping. He complained about it and had even asked the younger members to do it instead, but all he received was fluffy pillow in the face and a crumpled-up list of what was needed.
Now here he was, standing in the middle of the snacks aisle, deciding between which ramen flavor the others had requested for him to get. Jimin pursed his lips, tossing at least two of each of the three flavors. He glanced back at the list, reading off ‘strawberry pocky’ at the bottom of the list in handwriting that differed from Seokjin. He groaned internally, already knowing where this was leading.
Jimin glared childishly at the package at the top of the shelves, setting the basket down onto the floor. He puffed out his cheeks and stood onto his toes, attempting to reach the damned snack. His fingers just barely scraped the edge of the metal shelf, making groan out loud in annoyance. “Who’s idea was it to put them up there?” Jimin sighed tiredly, his voice sounding whiny and babyish.
“I think you need this more than I do.” He jumps at the sudden voice, making you take a step backwards. You set the step stool in front of him, giving him a polite smile before walking away from him. Jimin glanced at the stool and back at the direction you left with flushed cheeks. He grumbled quietly under his breath, reluctantly grabbing the treats and placing them into the basket.
“This is ridiculous, that girl was cute too…” Jimin pouted as he picked up the basket again, gripping the fin of his cap and lowering it onto his head. As he continued to walk forward, he stopped at the sound of light humming in one of the aisles. Letting his curiosity get the best of him, Jimin peeked into the aisle.
His eyes widened at the sight of you, seeing you turn back and forth between boxes of fruits and vegetables. In your ear, there is one earbud placed into it and the sounds of faint music. “Caught in a lie~” Jimin’s lips curl into a flustered smile as he recognized the lyrics and the rhythm of the song. He continues to watch, often biting down onto his lip when he sees your silly choreography.
Jimin removes the mask, covering his mouth when giggles escape from his lips. He resists the urge to walk up to you and start dancing along. “Aish, why is she so cute?” Jimin mumbles under his breath, stepping backwards when you turn in his direction. Your eyes widen at the sight of him, pulling the earbud out and ducking your head out of embarrassment.
“You’re pretty good, you know?” Jimin starts the conversation, walking closer to you. He smiles sheepishly at you, rubbing the back of his neck to relief himself from the nervousness settling in his stomach. You chuckle airily, shaking your head as your cheek began to take on a rosy hue.
“Just how much of that did you see, exactly?” Unlike the deeper octave you had when you were singing, your voice had become more higher-pitched and lighter. He sighed, scratching behind his ear.
“About I don’t know, since you sang ‘Lie,’ I guess.” Jimin answers, looking back at you with his crescent moon eyes as he grins brightly at you. Even though there had been a smile on your face, you were slowly dying of embarrassment inside. Standing in front of you was Park Jimin, in all of his adorable glory.
You had seen him earlier, already recognizing him from the mask and the snapback. He was an idol, so it was normal that he went grocery shopping like this. You had tried to play it cool, but Jimin had to catch you dancing and singing while stocking up on the produce. Clearing your throat, you motioned for him to follow you to the cashier.
Jimin gazed at you with confusion in his dark eyes before quickly trailing after you with his items in his hands. You went behind the register without another word, keeping your attention on the scanner and the item. It wasn’t that simple when he was leaning over the table with his chin in his hand. You couldn’t help but glance up at him, but when you did, he would sweetly smile at you.
“Seriously though, you were so cute.” Jimin speaks up, trying to get your attention. You look at him with a gaped mouth and even redder cheeks that made him grin even more. Taking a deep breath, you turn away from him, quickly rushing to bag his items before you could faint in front of him and embarrass yourself even further.
“Enjoy the rest of your evening.” You mumbled quietly, handing him all of the bags. He nods his head cutely, reaching up and ruffling your messy ponytail. You pout your lips as he walked away towards the entrance. Sighing, you couldn’t help but let your lips form a giddy smile.
Looking back the table, you see a small white sheet of white paper. You wrap your fingers around the paper, shaking your head in disbelief. “He forgot his receipt.” You mumble, looking over it until you see the black ink from the supposed blank side. Turning it over, your cheeks flush at the message from the infamous Park Jimin.
'Hey, I was serious about you being cute. We should hang out sometime, maybe have a date, even? Text me soon, kay? xxx-xxxx’
Shining Diamond
[BTS] Park Jimin x Reader
Genre: Angst
Summary: It happens to be that on a dark stormy evening, a young man crosses paths with a desirable woman. It was much to his shame that the woman he grew attached to could never be his.
Rain drops fell from the dark sky, drowning the earth’s surface with its tears. Commuters rushed to get inside as children eagerly played in the stormy weather before their mothers had a chance to scold them. The wind began to tumble the evergreen trees and tear petals from the gorgeous spring flowers as it howled into the evening. The streets stood empty, sprinkled with harsh drops of rain. However, if you managed to look closer, there stood a young man completely dressed in melancholy black clothing.
The storm had began to take a much darker turn as the wind twisted and howled and raindrops were now like sharp cold daggers scratching your skin. He made no attempt to shield himself from the harmful weather, his hand wasn’t tempted to open the umbrella in his possession. His clothes were now soaked through and his silky blonde locks of hair were now dripping strands. The drops on his face ran down his cheeks, almost looking to tears.
The man lifted his head to gaze at the early night sky, but the dim stars were concealed by the dark rain clouds above his head. Jimin took another step forward, stuffing his hands into his pockets and keeping his head facing the ground. His eyes only stared at the black concrete of the street and he could only hear the sound of a thunderstorm. He did not manage to hear the quiet voice of a young woman speaking to him.
The severe weather halts, as Jimin does not feel the damp sensation of his hair. The rain still continued, just not above his head. An umbrella is lifted above his body, held by an arms, who was seemingly connected to a beautiful creature with innocent bright eyes. He gazes at her with widened dark orbs. “Why are you out in this weather? You’re going to get ill, sunbae.” Her voice is similar to velvet; smooth and steady. The woman smiles sweetly at him. Jimin is brought back to reality when the mysterious stranger’s hair began to take on a darker shade of (hair color) and stick to her face.
“Don’t be foolish, why do you care about some man when you should worry about yourself?” He retorts back, opening his umbrella and pushing her umbrella back towards her. Their hands touch for only a moment, but her warm digits leave a tingling sensation in his nearly numb ones.
The woman doesn’t respond to his statement, choosing to only clutch the handle of her shelter closer to her form to protect her from the weather. “Your health is just as important as mine is.” She answers, hesitantly looking up into his dark eyes. Jimin keeps his mouth shut as he could only see the innocent gaze of a young woman.
He runs his fingers through his hair and releases an airy scoff that followed a chuckle of disbelief. “It’s going to be late soon and it can be dangerous for a woman to be alone. I’ll walk you alone.” The woman is surprised by Jimin’s sudden behavior. He walks forward again and she quickly trails after him, strolling in step with him.
“If were going to be spending the next few minutes together, I need to know your name.”
“(Full Name). I told you my name, what’s your’s?”
“Park Jimin.”
The walk is wrapped around an awkward tense silence that tempted (Name) to try to speak to him more, but she wouldn’t dare based from his blunt and uninterested answers. She softly tapped her fingers against the cold metal of the umbrella. “Why are you out in the cold like this? Don’t you have somewhere to be, someone to be with?” (Name) hesitantly spoke up, waiting for his answer.
“Let’s just say that the concept of romance is the least on my mind right now, okay?” Jimin answers truthfully, sighing softly as he created a puff of visible heat in front of him. (Name) pursed her lips to side sadly, setting her hand onto his shoulder out of nature. He obviously tense at the touch, feeling strange until he relax his shoulders.
“Maybe she just wasn’t the right one. Everyone had that special someone in their life. I’m sure that you just haven’t found her yet.” Her voice had sounded so fond when she spoke about love that he couldn’t bear to tell (Name) the true horrors and experiences outside the cliche scenes in chick flicks and chapters in fairy tales. Jimin bit the inside of his cheek to refrain from warning and saving her from the heartache and suffering.
The smile on her face was too heartwarming for him to break her out of her fantasy, so he turned his face away to try to conceal the fond smile he wore and his rosy cheeks. “You’re really something, you know that?” (Name) released a small chuckle, shyly tucking a stray strand of her hair behind her ear. Jimin glanced at her during that moment and his eyes caught sight of a sudden shine from a noticeable silver band on her third finger and the even more noticeable diamond set on top of it. He felt his heart drop for the slightest moment before he let out a small gasp. His head spun at the realization before he noticed how close he stood beside her. Jimin took a few steps away from (Name) to be a reasonable distance away from her.
Of course there would be a ring on her finger. He couldn’t blame the man who had manage to win her heart. She had won his in a matter of a few minutes without her even batting an eyelash. (Name) was perfect and she was taken. Jimin had absolutely no chance with this woman. Maybe he could’ve if there wasn’t a rock on the ring, but someone loved her, and she loved them.
“My fiancé must be waiting for me inside. Thank you so much, Jimin. I hope I can see you again, maybe you can go to my wedding soon.” Jimin forces a smile as he vaguely nods his head to your one-sided conversation.
Why did I have to meet you tonight? Am I not heartbroken enough? I don’t know much besides your own name, but you’ve got me under your spell. Don’t force me to see you be named man and wife to someone I don’t know. It would be better if I pushed you away when I had the chance and not have go through this love thing all over again. Why did you have to do this to me?
I CANT WAIT FOR PT 2 OF YOUR NAMJOON SERIES! ALSO WILL THERE BE SMUT IN IT?! 😍😍😍😍
Hiya, it’s admin Ana here! I’m so glad you liked the series and I’m not experienced to writing smut. I guess I’ll try, but I probably won’t due to my horrible writing skills. 😖
Miss Me?
Part I
Kim Namjoon x Reader
Fate had a cruel way of playing anyone’s destiny, she could snap her fingers and make happiness disperse for everyone to suffer. She made curses seem like blessings in disguise. It wasn’t a coincidence that you had stumbled across him every weekend in the same underground club. He wasn’t a very well-known rapper at the time, but that didn’t stop you from spending late nights with him coming up with new lyrics for his mixtape.
Namjoon would often intimidate strangers with his dark eyes and a stern frown on his plump lips, but you knew that was all a persona whenever you recalled the silly little boy underneath the leather jackets and gold chains. It didn’t matter whether that you were friends with one of the most powerful rappers of the underground city, despite being the complete opposite of what everyone had expected from him.
Despite the several days and hours spent together, you soon began experiencing that time apart from one another. It had first begun when you stood beside him as crowds of strangers surrounded Namjoon, watching him with amazed eyes. Eventually the small bustle of people around him became an audience. He no longer greeted you after his performances and left with you back to his apartment. You would only stare at him as he talked with different girls with a grin on his face.
Your warm conversations evolved into half-hearted mumbles of greetings and acknowledgement. There was no point of returning to the underground if this continued, but you never returned after one certain night. It was the same night you never looked back when you saw another woman in Namjoon’s arms with that familiar journal filled of lyrics that you had created together. You could still remember how infuriating it felt when you heard the girl (horribly) trying to rap, but him chuckling as he taught her.
Even though you had felt betrayed, although you had no reason to be, the event had made you think deeper about the experience. Soon, one of the empty journals you owned had been marked with many lyrics and music sheets of yet to-be produced music. You had often found yourself humming a bit too loudly the melodies you had laid out, often attracting strangers to listen to your sweet lullabies and meaningful lyrics.
It had been that same habit that led you Big Hit Entertainment. There had been a recruiter who had been keeping an eye on you and been attracted by your talents. You were amazed by the fact that you trained for four straight years and sat in your own hard-earned dorm room, sitting in front of several computers as you composed your newest tracks to be released.
“There’s three more rappers to the company? Along with four vocalists?” You question your manager, receiving a hum of agreement from PD-nim as he led you closer to the dance studio. Recently, you had been assigned to train the latest trainees that are going to debut. You weren’t going to lie, you felt pretty giddy to train some of the new rookies.
PD-nim motioned to the shut door of the dance studio with an excited grin on his face. He gave you a slight nudge with a small pat on the back of encouragement. “The first trainee is in there. He’s the leader of the new group.” He explained before quickly pushing you inside and closing the door behind you.
You release an airy chuckle at his actions, sighing slightly as you turn to the only person in the room. He was obviously much taller than you and his head bobbed along with the song blasting into his ears from his earbuds. “Um, hello there. I’m (Name) and I’ll be teaching you a bit from my experiences-” You began awkwardly, taking slow steps towards the man before stopping completely as soon as you see the familiar pair of black eyes and plump rosy lips.
“Hey, it’s great to see you again, (Name).” Namjoon grinned at you, as if there was nothing to worry about. A frown slowly formed onto your lips, making him feel slightly fidgety. You walked towards him and softly yank the earbuds out of his ears before motioning him to grab one of the chairs.
Namjoon immediately follows your orders as he takes a seat in front of you, staring at you with curious orbs. “Aren’t you going to say anything? Are you really that speechless?” He nudges you softly, trying to ease the tense silence surrounding you two.
“What are you doing here, Namjoon-ssi?” Your voice was harsh and cold, making the taller male flinch at your tone. He was surprised to see your once twinkling (eye color) orbs glaring daggers at no one else but himself.
