About the Mun

Hello and thank you for checking out my about! My name is El, I’m 24 and when I grow up I want to be the bisexual sweaty disaster that is Will Graham.

You can find my main and a multitude of other muses at @wearerofmanyfaces as well as various fan content.

About the Muse

This blog is a mix of roleplay and in character interaction. You are encouraged to send asks for Will to answer, and I will assume they’re for him unless you include ooc or mun or El.

Unless otherwise specified in my answer, I am using Will Graham from early season 1. He does not know that Hannibal is a Cannibal yet. They are best buds. Please specify in your ask if you want Will from a different time.

I try and keep ooc comments on asks to a minimum unless I want to clarify something or add extra detail, or have strong rambling thoughts that don’t fit in character with Will.

Rules

The mun is 23 and this is an NSFW friendly blog. Any NSFW subjects will be tagged as such. I am fine with minors viewing and interacting with this blog, but please do not interact in an NSFW way. I can’t stop you viewing the NSFW content, but I ask you not to. Please respect that.

Most triggers will be tagged tw trigger. If there are any triggers you guys want me to add, please let me know.

I originally got into fishing when I was a child. My father worked on boat engines, so I spent a lot of time near bodies of water. My father taught me how to fish, and often dinner would depend on if we caught something. He also taught me how to create my own lures.

My favourite thing about fishing is how peaceful it is. It’s all muscle memory; it does not require any thought. To me, it is akin to meditation.

I enjoy Hannibal’s cooking; however, I don’t think I could eat it every day. The pretentiousness may kill me. (Sorry, Dr. Lecter.)

Your assumption would be correct, and please do not tell Hannibal. He already drops by with food at the drop of a hat; I think if he found out my eating habits, that would only increase to every meal.

Dr. Lecter and I have a somewhat complex relationship. I am forced to see him in a professional manner by Jack Crawford, but this is something that I believe we both resent. I know that Hannibal would like me to consider him a friend, so I believe our relationship is somewhat a blurring of the two.

My first impression of Hannibal was wildly off base. I thought him boring, yet another psychiatrist who hovered like a vulture, determined to pick apart the carcass of my mind.

I later realised that this impression of him was coloured in what felt like a betrayal that Jack Crawford thought I needed a psychiatrist. Hannibal is skilled at not being seen.

As for my cheek, it has fully healed now, thank you. It has left a rather sizeable scar which is unlikely ever to improve—just another one to add to my collection.

I’m not sure how you found this blog, or indeed why? But to answer your question, you know my feelings on socialising. You should not be surprised that I have found a way to do it without—as you put it—’the visceral fear’. Here I don’t have to worry about eye contact, and I can tailor my responses better.

As to why I find interaction important, do you never get lonely?

My favourite thing about Hannibal is his ability to help sharpen my mind to whatever it is I need to focus on. He always seems to know what to say or ask to allow me to see what the fog of my subconscious is obscuring.

He is also an excellent cook, so that’s a close second.

I’m afraid I’m not really a ‘shooting the breeze’ kind of guy. Because of the way my brain makes connections, I usually relay a story of something similar to the case at hand. Although I think I must say it wrong because it tends just to disturb people. They think I can’t see the looks they give each other, I can.
