Do you know what I do when I have a really bad day? No, I don’t hit the bars like I used to. Nowadays I go see one of my spiritual teachers 👨‍🏫. I was consumed with anger and hate recently and no amount of breathing or meditation could calm me down. . This particular spiritual teacher helped me find the stones I needed to neutralize my anger and restore balance to my emotions. Sorry I forgot the names of the stones. If you know their names, please let me know. Both stone bracelets I got were red like the red in this photo. . I still need to work on my anger issues. Funny thing is that anger issues usually flare up around people you care about the most. I asked my teacher why this is the case. She replied as follows. . People who cause you anger are often people who know how to push your buttons. These people are typically control freaks. And they cause you anger so they can absorb energy from you to feed their control freak inside. The way you neutralize these control freaks is to stop feeding them with your energy. All you have to do is remain calm and peaceful when they expect you to be angry. Simple, right? . Who are these control freaks inside all of us? I have a clue. Who do you think it is❓(Hint. Hint.
