A casual lean on the door frame, arms folded beneath her bust. Her lips wear a smile without thorns as she watches him work in his little office on the top floor. "The muse strikes even on your birthday? That seems a little harsh.." she straightens up and takes a few steps in. "Sounds like me." her comment is followed by a short laugh before she closes the gap between them and pecks his brow. "Happy birthday."
“The muse is evil” he grinned “You are much better, my love”
But he stops, all the attention on her, looking at her as if she was the sun, and the most beautiful view ever.
Bringing her into his arms, he kissed her tenderly all over. “Thank you, my love”
His love for her and the attention he bestows is enough to make her feel ever so uncomfortable. She likes to protect herself behind the wall she’s built up around herself; but Will and all his love and admiration seems to penetrate right through and reach her.
Anne smiles though and leans into him, closing her eyes at the brush of his lips on her face.
“Might you leave the evil muse be? The children have presents ready.”
"The evil muse is set aside" he whispers, as he brings Anne to his lap "But I was wondering if we could just... have five minutes"
He did not mean it at all in a sexual way. In fact he simply just wants her close, so he brings her into his arms and presses a soft kiss to her brow.
