I just did jump rope cardio and ab stuff and now all I wanna do is take a nap. Dammit. T_T

You burn through one lift, then (WITH NO BREAK) blast the SAME muscle group again with another lift.

Considering I shattered bones in my wrist this has been going slow but I'll start properly again when it's healed :)
Starting my bonus week of lifting before the "rest week"
I can totally do this.
Just wrote up a weekly workout regiment I will be following.
Started the week with Sunday cause of reasons. SO. Here is what I will be doing shortly after I post this. :]
30 min cardio ; jumping jacks, jump rope, jog, biking, or high knees.
15 min core ; side plank dip x15, advanced plank 10 seconds, the wiggle (lol) x20, criss cross x20
10 min butt ; karate kick x20 each side, squats x30, wall sits 45 seconds each.
15 min yoga ; whatever position.
SO. Yeah. I have something like this written up for everyday in my handy dandy notebook. Here's to keeping up with what I have set for myself. I also wrote down a bunch of food options for meals and whatnot. Should be good. Once I get more money. :/ I hate not having money. Seriously. T_T

Finally got my ass on my bike today.
MOTHER FUCKING OW. Hills. And hills. And. HILLS. *twitch* Not to mention that the seat is WAAAYYY too low (curse these long legs) so that caused an unnecessary amount of strain. And for whatever reason, whenever there is a chill in the air, it like. Infects my head and causes dual earaches and a splitting headache.

This is why I belong in tropical conditions. Cold literally kills me.

Due to a headache that is threatening to split my skull in two, I will be skipping today.
Seriously though. Ow. But in other news, HELLO MOTIVATION. It kinda dropped out of the sky. And my 'it' I mean 'she' and by 'out of the sky' I mean 'flew in from New Jersey'. New female roomie, coupled with my severe inferiority complex equals a motivated me.
Alrighty. Finally got myself to join this shit.
I will become more active. Eating better? Yeah. No. You have to have money to eat well, and I do not so RAMEN IT IS. Whatever, my metabolism pretty much makes up for it anyway. Plan for tomorrow ; jog, crunches, plank, wall sits. After Friday, lots of bike riding. I plan to familiarize myself with the wonderful West Coast. :]
