Headcannon: Julie made a awesome Valentine/Galentine’s day at cackles. Good breakfast. Chocolates and pasties galore. Cute friendship craft activitys for the kids. Something nice for the adults. Sure Hecate would grumble, complain its not witchy and pointed out Valentine is a con and related to plauges. But everyone is just like 😍😍😍😍. Including HB. Privately. When there’s no Cupids around

I’m just SO entertained by Hecate’s introduction in Selection Day. Like, “FACE IT, Ada, the Craaaaaft, is in decliiiine.”

And like, I don’t even really remember now but, on first watch maybe it comes across like, “wow, this woman is really angry about the Decline of the Craft”, and then on subsequent watches it’s just like “Hecate is cranky because it’s the end of term and she’s worn out and looking forward to her summer break where she’ll just do potions for hours without interruption, and Ada knows this and is amusedly tolerant”.

Because this presumably happens literally EVERY YEAR WITHOUT FAIL, and also EVERY YEAR WITHOUT FAIL when they send the graduating girls off to the rest of their lives a few days before this, Hecate’s like “They’re the FUTURE of WITCHCRAFT, shut UP Ada there’s just SOMETHING IN MY EYE” and then all the tiny potential students come along for Selection Day and she’s like I DON’T WANT THESE NEW ONES.

Mildred will go off to witching college or whatever but no matter what, whenever she visits cackles, Hecate will always greet her by putting on her sternest voice and growling “Milllllllldred Hubble” before breaking into a small smile and a respectful “well met”

Little queer witches at miss cackles academy slumped in a hallway, bawling their eyes out because some bullies have teased them about being gay, and they see hecate hardbroom coming over to them and they think “ohhhh shit, just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse” but then hecate fucking softbroom sits down next to the and puts an arm around their shoulder and comforts them AND THEN SENDS HER LESBIAN WRATH UPON THE STUDENT THAT WAS BEING A HOMOPHOBIC BULLY….

Unimportant Head cannon: yeah the record was ethels last year but Mildred’s translation spell was cooler and worked on klingon and elvish… unfortunately HB didn’t think that counted.

my personal worst witch head cannon is that Mildred is kind of a cringe-y preteen. She dabs when she does a correct potion, all of the girls don’t know what she’s doing but now they do it too. She throws papers into the trash saying “Kobe!” During the summer she goes on the internet and gets up to date on the new memes. She comes back the next term saying “Do you know da way?” and saying that she wants to eat the ‘Forbidden fruit’ that is a Tide Pod. None of the girls know what a Tide Pod is, let alone laundry detergent. HB thinks Mildred is making obscure biblical references in an attempt to rationalize her troublesome behavior, so she assigns Mildred 300 lines every time she hears anything about Tide Pods.

Is anybody else having trouble streaming TWW episodes on The Daily Motion webpage? I'm so upset I can't find any way to watch the early seasons now that TDM is lagging so badly. YouTube only has season 4 and I'm in Season 1 still. Anybody know of a site I can go to? PLEASE HELP??
