When it comes to toys, figurines, and action figures they tend to be very specific about their target audience. The details are hard to ignore, pink and pretty is strictly meant for girls and young ladies, while anything with action and violence is only to be handled by boys and young men. If you are a female looking at anything non feminine it’s viewed as odd, if your a male looking at something cute then your masculinity is doubted. Toys that are made up of female characters are for girls, toys made up of male characters are for boys. It’s something that has had it’s limits pushed, but the effort so far has only been slowly but surely.
At least not until now.Introducing the next big collection that will surely shatter those barriers, we are proud to announce Lucky Cat.
What is Lucky Cat? That is a question everyone must be thinking to themselves, and that question is perfectly understandable. Lucky Cat is a brand of cat figures that break the walls of stereotypical standards, an arrangement of cat figures that have one limit and that limit is you.These toys will represent you or a topic you love, the only one stopping the creative magic is you and you alone. The series of toys and side collectibles will come in twelve different cat breeds. From Scottish Folds to Russian Blues, and from Orange Tabbies to Ragdolls. No simple white and black cats, only breeds you find interesting and wish to add your own special tweak to it.
They will come in many different themes, from cats that work at coffee shops to felines that tend to small animals. Holidays are also included, from Christmas to Day of the Dead, here at Lucky Cat we believe that all cultures should be valued and celebrated. Dress up a feline that is ready to solve a murder mystery, or show off one that is ready to sit down and watch some anime!
The project’s Kickstarter is to launch June 25th in the year of 2016, to which we hope to gain the funds needed to make this idea into a reality. This toy has does have a target audience, and that audience are those that are ready to take creativity into their own hands!
