Concept art process of an entrance hall for the prototype of our game. It’s going to take place inside a cathedral (for which I drew up some quick blueprints). Next up: the big cathedral room, can’t wait to start!!!
Two coloured background pieces I did for the ps4 game pitch, a courtroom and a cult liar (with some alternative colour choices thrown in as well). My posting style is either nothing for 4 months, or everything in two days. There is no in between.
New year, new game project to work on. These are some of the concept sketches I did for our PS4 game pitch. I will be churning out loads and loads more of background pieces so please look forward to that : D
Finished the assets required for the level designer to start putting together some levels : D Threw in the original concepts/ideas for platforms, the non colour corrected test to show the level designer how to use the assets, and the redone far background.
Background assets/style tests done for the current masters project. I am not completely satisfied with how the rocks and mountains look, will practise that a bunch more : D
The background work I have done up until now starting from rough sketches to colour transition. I drew the background in a landscape format to emphasize the “feeling that our main character is going on a journey”.
More Dota 2 Characters and keychains designed for Dutch Dota. Rubick and Doom were added by popular demand. The 2017 Aegis keychain is limited, keep an eye on the Dutch Dota website if you want to know how to get your hands on one!
