1. I will worry about you, not in a sweet way, a way where I spiral, and spam message and seek comfort and reassurance
2. I experience my emotions incredibly intensely, because of this I find it easier to process verbally/through text, if something happens I will go to other friends for emotional guidance
3. I seek validation a lot, I struggle to believe people when they tell me things
4. I catastrophize a lot, I jump to conclusions and I am prone to spiralling
5. I find it hard to imagine my friends suffering, so sometimes vents will trigger spirals, this is not your fault, nor something you should avoid, please vent to me and trust me with stuff, just know I will reach out to others to seek guidance
6. I care a lot, often too much
