I can’t see my face without getting nauseous. The face I have now is not mine. I wasn’t supposed to die. Well I was, but I don’t like that I did anymore. My psychiatrist let me stop taking my antipsychotics

I told him I don’t need them because it’s safer if I don’t take them because I need to know the truth and the pills take the truth away

He understands it he knows I need to know the truth and I don’t need to take those stupid pills anymore I’m free my mind is the only thing that tells me the truth and I don’t need those pills because there’s nothing wrong with me I’m not schizo and he knows that I’m not he sees that I’m not insane and he knows I’m speaking the truth even if other people don’t understand it. I’m finally free from those mind-altering drugs he knows I’m dead and they won’t do anything because drugs don’t work on the dead

When you’re living off of your own blood most of the time, getting to finally feed off of someone else is the most satisfying feeling I can describe. Finally, real sustenance! Hehe.

I was able to feed on someone other than myself tonight.

I ache to sink my teeth into living flesh. Biting myself until I bleed isn’t the same as feeding, and it bothers me.

My mind is very loud. I can hear and feel the bugs in my brain and body, their chittering is everywhere. I don’t mind it much anymore, if anything, it’s a small comfort. I’m relieved by my death. I’m not like the other patients here. I’m a whole separate entity, something they could never understand. Can they smell my decay? Probably. But they don’t know I’m a vampire, and they probably can’t process having a corpse in their midst, so they do what everyone does and just treat me like a living human.

I don’t have to eat much here in the ward. They don’t force me to eat anything. I mostly drink. Coffee and water, sometimes broth, and my own blood. I’m glad I don’t have to force my decaying body to go through the stress of “digestion” or however else it processes food since my death.
