You disgust me. If you can keep eating when youâre full, you can eat nothing when youâre starving. Youâre just fucking weak. Youâre a pathetic excuse of a person. Youâre nothing but a fat fucking slob who stuffs their face 24/7. I would be ashamed to walk around in your pudgy little body, fat bobbing up and down as you walk. People look at you and hope they never get to such a low point in their life.
Youâre always making up excuses, telling yourself âIâll start tomorrow,â â Tomorrowâs a new day.â But letâs be honest, letâs be real. Youâre never going to fucking start fresh. Youâre never going to get back on track. You havenât yet, so why should I believe that you ever will? If you actually wanted to be skinny, you would fucking work for it instead of sitting on your ass, scrolling through thinspo and wishing you were them. Wishing wonât get you anywhere sweetie, you have to fucking starve yourself for once if you want to be thin.
You should get off your lazy ass and go do some workouts. But no, instead, youâre reading meanspo, begging for people to harass you for going over your limit or being too fucking weak to finish even the shortest fast. You never fucking work for what you want. You think being skinny is as easy as wishing for it to magically happen? You think the fat is just going to melt off yourself? Well sucks to fucking suck hun, because that isnât how it works. You need to put in some actual fucking effort to achieve what you want in life.
How can you sit there, stuffing your chubby cheeks with greasy processed foods and call yourself anorexic? Youâre utterly pathetic, you know that? Fucking pathetic. Youâre a waste of space, a waste of air. You donât fucking deserve to be here at this point.
Like, where the fuck is your self control? Because I canât find it. You know why? Cause it isnât fucking there. It doesnât exist, you have NONE. You gorge yourself until you feel like you have to vomit. Itâs no wonder youâre the size that you are. Just look at the way you eat.
You constantly complain about being sad and depressed. Honestly, I would be too if I looked like you. Youâre only unhappy because of how fucking fat you are. Nothing can compare to the feeling of your clothes getting bigger and your bones slightly showing, motivates the fuck out of me to keep working hard and having some discipline.
