Haruhiko was able to save Satsuki while the foundation was being attacked/raided/invaded (aka what was happening in ch.6), meaning she was able to escape by some miracle. Utsuro tries to find a replacement, so he ends up finding another child of Utsuro (aka Iroha because gender ratio or convenience).
What if Satsuki Iranami and Iroha Nijiue swapped Killing Games?
Now, this is gonna be a long one but hear me out...
Iroha, now labeled the Ultimate Painter, is now stuck in the first killing game with zero memories of the past, but she dies in chapter 4 (like Satsuki did). Teruya, finding kinship with Iroha, ends up playing the hero and sacrifices himself for her to survive.
As for Haruhiko? Well, his reactions would start in Chapter 3 after Rei finds the class pic. While one figure is torn out, the other figure has her face scratched out. While everyone is confused, Haruhiko mumbles a name that everyone catches before catching himself and apologizing since he doesn't know why he said that. Then, in chapter 4, he still finds the Monokuma prize and receives the picture of him and Satsuki kissing. While he does not recognize the girl in the pic, his heart does and he becomes determined to live this killing game, meaning he survives in Teruya's place. The rest of the game plays out the same with him escaping the building with Rei and Tsurugi.

Before SDRA2, Satsuki becomes a generation of hope...sort of. She's filled with grief as she left all her friends behind. She also has no idea about who caused the attack in the first place. However, she decides to move forward by providing entertainment to those who are also grieving lost ones while also searching for her own answers about what happened to her beloved friends from Hope's Peak Academy.
SDRA2 would play out the same, but there are only 3 voids compared to the four. In place of Iroha Nijiue, the Ultimate Painter, is Satsuki Iranami, the Ultimate Clown and a student currently enrolled at Hope's Peak Academy. However, she feels a sense of unease when looking at Yuki Maeda, who she feels she has met before but Yuki no recollection. During the first day, she, along with the other students meet Rei Mekaru and Haruhiko Kobashikawa, both who give Satsuki deja vu. Haruhiko, on the other hand, feels that same emotion as he did in chapter 4 of DRA. However, it is quickly replaced with panic as Rei is "burned" alive and Haru is shot into the sky. Is he dead? lol nah. He comes back in Ch.2 but in a similar state as Teruya, but like before, the feelings towards Satsuki are the same. Everything mainly plays out the same, but Satsuki and Haruhiko are there! Since there are 3 voids now, I will let one of them live and I think we should know who it is with me (*cough*nikeiyomiuri*cough*).
ANWAY! Chapter 4 is really where things kickoff as Haruhiko has regained his memories, but he doesn't know how to respond to the stress, so he kind of pulls a Tsurugi (or rather canon Teruya). Just as they plan to attack, Shinji and Satsuki refuse to help, but they end up helping.
In chapter 5, Haru decides to still hang with the group to protect them, mainly Satsuki. However, he does end up getting separated and is killed by Mikado, but Mikado tries to pin it on Nikei but decides to blame it on Satsuki, which gets everyone "killed" at the class trial. However, the simulation ends right there.
When Sora and Yoruko end up at the 3rd singularity, they meet up with Satsuki, who immediately searches around for Haruhiko...only to remember they found his dead body, making her survivor's guilt even worse as she remembers that her dear friends are dead. After going through the singularities, and finding Nikei, they all wake up in a room. Satsuki immediately recognizes two faces in the room: Rei Mekaru and Tsurugi Kinjo. She is elated to know they have survived, but she is still grieving Haruhiko.
If y'all like angst and following canon, Haruhiko did die in the simulation. However, I hated that it happened to Teruya and I'm petty, so I say Haru is alive! And decides to surprise Satsuki, and she quickly hits him laughing and crying, which confuses everyone. However, Satsuki decides to explain later and joins Yoruko's worry for Sora... Only to learn about Akane Taira, and she sees her body, which saddens Satsuki and makes her realize most of her friends died... However, she decides to push forward with Chapter 6 playing out the same, and her parting words to Sora is that she doesn't blame her for everything that happened in the past as she isn't Akane Taira, but she's someone new! The same goes for Yuki Maeda before logging out of the simulation.
SDRA2 Survivors: Haruhiko Kobashikawa (technically), Nikei Yomiuri, Satsuki Iranami, Shobai Hashimoto, Yoruko Kabuya, and Yuki Maeda.
As for the epilogue/aftermath, Satsuki 100% has trauma from this killing game plus the whole Kisaragi Building incident, so that's the first thing they'll do for her, as they would have reasons to believe she was a former classmate of theirs because of the pic...and mainly cause of Haru.
After helping her heal, she repays the favor for them. She helps them understand their past prior to the killing game of the 79th class. Since she still has questions about their former classmates, they decide to fill her in on what happened.

I might make this into a story or something to flesh out the chapter for both Iroha and Satsuki now that they've swapped killing games...and for self-indulgence because I love this series (yes more than DC which is ironic cause I'm co-writing DCR)
