Eh what I mean to say is I'm afraid I'll be stepping down as Kuwabara. As much as it pains me to say so, I'm not keeping up with the blog (yesterday marked the beginning of my second week of inactivity) and no one else seems interested in keeping in touch~

Also I'm in the home stretch of college and classes are starting to stress me out. I'm not going to be able to give Kuwa the attention he deserves. It's....actually making me really sad to write this 'cuz this has been one the coolest corners of Tumlbr I've found and I'll miss you all~ I might keep the blog around if any of you wanna shoot the goofball a "G'day mate" every once in awhile~ I'm sure he'd like that.

I'll really miss you all! And thank you so much for being such a great group of people!

Lack of internet

“Only if you need it,” Shizuru called back, “You look terrible with a shaved head…” Shizuru mused, grinning to herself. She heard the clattering…and her impatience got the better for her. Getting up slowly, she snuck towards the kitchen to watch her brother from behind the wall that led to the kitchen.

‘Nothing appears to be on fire…’ She thought as she watched her bother scamper for supplies.

Oblivious, Kuwabara went around the kitchen, checking and double checking the temperature of the grill, that he had the right ingredients.

“We wouldn’t need to shave my head if you were any good with the clippers~” He grinned and flicked some water on the grill, nodding as it hissed. He moved to assemble the sandwiches, humming a Megallica song under his breath and he slapped the sandwiches on the grill.

Still watching him she nodded-he seemed to be doing okay…nothing broken. Maybe the kitchen was a little more disorderly-but otherwise he was doing fine.

“I’ll have you know little brother,” Shizuru said as she stepped into the kitchen and plopped down at a table, “I’m so good with hair, demons are coming for haircuts.” Shizuru grinned at her brother, contemplating on setting the table to help Kazuma out.

The teen jumped a little as he realized Shizuru's voice was no longer coming from the living room. He looked over his shoulder at her, embarrassed to be caught prancing around the kitchen before he cleared his throat and turned back to the grill.

"Demons have no sense of style." He flinched reflexively and laughed, flipping one of the sandwhiches over with a grin.

Kuwabara laughed and shook his head before he realized his sister couldn’t see him. “No Sis! I’m fine! ” He grinned and straightned, setting the grill on the stove and hopping around the kitchen to get everything he needed.

Shizuru flipped on the t.v. to try and distract herself from her brother cooking dinner…it was hard with all the clanging and clattering around. But he could do this…Shizuru hoped at least he could.

“Do you need a hair trim after dinner?” Shizuru called, unable to resist trying to check up on her brother. Especially after the slightly burning smell filled the air.

The redhead hopped around the kitchen, knocking his knees against open cabinet doors, stumbling over his cat into the fridge as he tried to think of all the things he would need. Cheese, lunch meats, lettuce….He dug through the fridge, flicking a stray bean onto the floor for eikichi as he pulled his head out. “My hair?” A package of sliced cheese poked him in the forehead as he tugged on his hair. “I mean…I guess if you want?”
