So there’s 18 years between Sansa and Littlefinger, and 29 years between Daeny and Jorah, yet the first one is the weirder age gap?

I get that that is because Sansa is only 14… but Daeny was 13 when she met Jorah right?

Polite reminder that Sansan have 15 years between…

And how much older is Tyrion in regards to Sansa? I can’t tell if he is supposed to be in his thirties or what. I love Sanrion but there is just as much of an age fifference there as well. People also forget that Dany was 13 in the books when she married the adult Drogo.

Thanks, people need to remember age gaps were not an issue back in the middle ages, it was for politics only! Of course many couples did fall in love but as long as children came of the marraige, nothing else mattered for the nobles.

Yeh, I agree... But the main reason though is because people can't say one character is a pedo when their ideal ship has only 3 years less of a difference than that the "pedo" one, which I keep seeing all the time. If we say Littelfinger is a pedo, then so are Tyrion and Sandor, (Tyrion who straight out calls her a child but says he desires her anyway) but like you said, in the medieval time (roughly) 13+ wasn't considered pedo-ish anyway. I get applying our morals to the characters, but then people need to criticize all characters, not just the odd one or two. Thanks for adding to the debate/dicussion/findings :)!

Creepyshipping might be... a creepy shipping but I think it's for other reasons than the age gap.
