Ah yes, speaking of Abyss Yue and inspired by the starter from Apollo. Liqiu goes out of their way to try and learn more about the Abyss not only to get the full story after Yue shatters her entire world be revealing the truth, but also to see if there’s any possibility to get her hands on something to help them out of the Abyss’ influence. Because even if she disagrees with what was done to Khaenri’ah, she’s still convinced the Abyss has corrupted them too far and that they need to be saved from it before their endeavor to tear down the archons/celestia/whatever ends up killing them.

The latter doesn’t work out, unfortunately, but we’ll get more into that some other time <3
