This is Com/Announcer/Speaker, he goes by any of those names :]
they work at the Smile House (see the menu post from before), which is like a kid adventure park indoors. He works in the security office and controls the background music that plays over the loudspeakers. They accept song request sometimes if you ask politely :]
He was created in the building, actually. There's a VERY CLOSED OFF experimental laboratory inside *que the DUN DUN DUNNN and dramatic thunder sound effects* that only certain personnel are allowed inside (IE, The head scientist and other workers). He's actually very chill despite the trauma from the. E v e r y t h i n g relating to his creation.
Their mindset is sorta stuck i the 18th century, so he still thinks stuff like women have dresses for every hour and chivalry makes the world go round yadda yadda. Luckily, one of his coworkers (named Juke, more on him later) explained that "haha, n o . That's not how this world works now". So Com is aware that things are different and accepts this, even if their brain defaults back to what he originally knows from time to time.
They also like tea and will invite you to share some cookies and hot cocoa if he likes you.
He can connect wires and plugs into his head to computers and the security systems to function just like a different device when hooked up to another device. This is also how he controls the over speakers, by connecting his radio head with a headphone jack to the systems in the security room and playing whatever is on his go-to radio channel.
(he does have access to youtube and spotify, he just doesn't wanna.)
