Sorry if this is tmi, but I was diagnosed with IBS this year which was the constipation kind.

Recently I finally decided to prioritize myself and explore my gender identity. I came out to my family and now ex partner.

And now, I'm actually shitting again. Not saying if you're severely constipated you might be trans, but.... I think my gut was trying to tell me I was holding something in lol
