Is it such a hard concept to grasp that people change? No one in the crew has done anything since we've docked, and yet it seems as if most people think we have ulterior motives. You might not be judging me directly, but by judging my family, you're judging me.

Dahlia, I'm not a pirate. I'm the daughter of one. I love the sea, truly, I do, but I have never feel like I belong on that ship. Galendan might not be home, but it most definitely feels like it.

You’ve grown up with them, alongside them, surrounded with their ideals. What makes destroying my home and killings hundreds worth the survival of a few? Was everything that happened necessary? You know, I see you’re surviving well - how many towns and villages did you need to burn down and pillage to get where you are now?

This isn’t really going well you know, you really aren’t helping my ‘prejudices’, as that other pirate accused me of. All I can say is I am loyal to my home, and I’m not about to let anything happen to it - clear? Let’s put the past aside, shall we, if you can prove you’re not like my current view of your type.

Please. Just because I've grown up with them doesn't make me like them. I'm the captain's daughter. I've never had to do anything violent to survive. I don't ever plan on doing anything of the kind, not that my father would allow it, regardless.

You're loyal to your home, I am loyal to mine. That does not mean all of us are the same. Keep that in mind.
