nowadays, it can be really hard to get an authentically 2000s style room. i often struggle trying to find cute y2k pieces that aren't old/cheap-looking/filled with bed bugs so instead im gonna show yall how to be a baddie on a budget and get the most perfect pieces for the y2k room of ur dreams !

WHAT STORES? -> Ross, Marshalls, Tj Maxx

Ross is my lord and savior. This trio has such good pieces for your room MOST of the time. Keep an eye out for zebra print and cheetah/leopard print. These prints were heavily popular in the 00s and they'll make ur room look so diva

I am cheap. Posters can be expensive! I like to buy paper and make my own stuff. I used black paper to make these playboy bunnies for my wall. But if ur into posters, get some magazine ones!! I'll attach some cutie magazines that could be made into posters yasss

As for the towels just look for cute 2000s ones. Pictured at the top is a juicy couture blanket I found at burlington for like 12 bucks
