So a few of you have reached out asking for an audio of me throwing up, and I finally managed to grab my phone this time! I barely threw up anything, mostly just gagging, but I thought I’d share anyways. That little sigh at the end is when I realized I wasn’t gonna be able to throw and feel better after

I woke up in the middle of the night with INTENSE nausea, I was shivering walking to the bathroom and felt so sick, pulled my phone out, and recorded this. I was fucking STRUGGLING

As I mentioned, after that last burp I needed to grab the bucket quickly. I tried to hold it, but my stomach kept turning and rumbling and I kept burping and burping. That last burp just brought it up so far that I couldn't get it to go back down anymore. It wasn't that much but it really needed to get out. After a couple of gushes I slowly felt the relief from my stomach and could finally sleep. Pretty bummed out about always having to be alone when this happens. Sorry for the hard breathing btw.

This one was a bit less fun to experience. I already wasn't feeling very great and have been burping a whole lot again today, but assumed it would pass like it usually does. Then I ate dinner (a pretty big salad with a decent amount of potatoes and chicken on the side), and not long afterwards I started feeling very queasy. My tummy started rumbling and gurgling, got very bloated and felt hard as a rock within 30 minutes. I decided to drink a glass of water and when I finished that, something got triggered. My stomach really started to twist and turn quickly once I emptied the glass. I felt the water coming back closer and closer up to my throat as I eventually set the glass aside and I started breathing and sweating heavily pretty much instantly. I rushed to the toilet, but as I got up from the couch, it already hit. My hand had to cover my mouth because I couldn't reach the toilet just in time before I started gagging. It didn't take many gags for the water to return again and I just about made it in time. The first couple of gushes were going out easily but they weren't very relieving. That's until the dinner I had started to come up. The vomit turned thicker and was a bit painful as it made it's way up rather fast. It smelled terrible, so bad that every whiff I got of it made me gag and throw up more. It ended with 2 pretty big splashes. After that, I sure felt the relief from my stomach and it started to settle down slowly again. My toilet was a absolute mess tho... I made a picture, but I'm still doubting to post that. If anyone happens to want to see the mess, you can send a message.

Got so sick earlier, I managed to pull myself out of the bathtub and record on time, but I did get my phone a little wet.

I was feeling off ever since lunch, I think I might’ve eaten something bad. I holed up in my room all day nursing this tummy ache. My stomach was so bloated it was hard and painful to the touch, so I decided to take a warm bath to get more comfortable. My stomach felt so sick, every time I burped and released air, a felt my lunch crawl up my throat.

I wasn’t able to enjoy the warm water for long, because as soon as I got situated, my stomach hitched and I let out a sickly belch, quickly leaning over the side of the tub as a measly strand of sick escaped my throat. I started salivating, and my stomach flipped. I quickly got out of the bathtub and dried off, with only seconds to spare, I hit record on my phone and braced myself in front of the toilet, panting and drooling into the disgusting water below.

When I tell you I SPEWED that shit I am not joking. I’m so glad I caught that on video, my stomach was contracting so much it hurt, and my cheeks kept ballooning with every heave. It got everywhere. I’m still so bloated, but the nausea is thankfully gone (for now).
