when they thought they lost Gat in a plane crash, the Boss didn’t just shrug and flip the keys to Loren. they took over a whole new city while first operating out of Shaundi’s ex’s apartment.

when Zinyak blew up THE WHOLE FUCKING EARTH, the Boss didn’t just turn the ship around and hightail it to Tuchanka, they strapped their ass back into the simulation to rescue their friends, stage a fuckin’ rebellion, punch out a lieutenant, later on indulge the same lieutenant in his fanfiction fantasies, rescue JOHNNY FUCKING GAT (again) and participate in amateur night at Technically Legal.

The Boss never just threw up their hands and said “fuck it.” even in the face of ridiculous odds. they put on their pants, had a drink, maybe a lap dance, and got down to the business of fuckin every motherfuckers’ day up who thought they could fuck the Saints.
