What Is Going On Here

If you’re reading this you probably stumbled across my blog through a vague search on the struggles of being in your mid twenties, being single and sufficient, “what do I do with my life” or the most likely a friend of a friend shared it on Facebook and you’re waiting at the doctors office so you figured hey I have some time to kill. Shout to the friend that initially shared, you’re the real OG!

A little bit about me. You’re probably wondering why this glamorous twenty something is writing a blog instead of becoming instafamous like a normal person. You’re probably assuming that I’m some platinum blonde hottie traveling the world ( shout out to you Indy Blue) or a bombshell brunette that is way too educated to be as hot as she is. Jokes on you friends! I’m a 25 year old , average height / borderline short chick from Michigan that went to a community college followed by a party school... okay in all honesty I’m 26 and I attend that party school all online. Now I’m dragging myself through graduate school because I’m a sucker for punishment. I spend most of my time cleaning up someone else’s poop or vomit or blood. Now you’re thinking 1 of 2 things: 1) this girl parties like a rockstar or 2) she is totes a mom. Well sorry to let you down I am neither, although I could be the bridge between your crews. I’m actually a nurse.

So, why have I rambled on this long about me and what gives a midwestern nurse the right to rambling on like this? I’m a lover of blogs but I feel like women in their mid twenties that only partially have their shit together are an underrepresented demographic in the blogosphere. What qualifications do I have to even be writing this besides many compliments on my writing chops, witty humor, and access to the internet? Let me tell you! Zero, I have zero qualifications other than having lots of opinions on a lot of things that don’t really matter.
