My boyfriend got me some salted caramel hot chocolate from Whittard and I’ve been trying to resist drinking it all, but like, it’s so damn good!! Hot chocolate really is my guilty pleasure drink. My boyfriend knows me so well <3

a little change of subject. my sister’s an engineering major. we went out today to get some schoolwork done, so i’m working on reviewing for an exam while she does some engineering drawing practice. it’s a good morning because we had mcdonalds for breakfast, and their hash browns are amazing.

A Guide to Audio Journaling

This past month (or longer, I think) I switched from regular, written journaling to audio journaling, and I thought it’d be great to share my experience: the practice, what I actually do, why I do it, and some things to think about if you wanna try it out.

I keep all my audio journals on the voice memos app on my phone, but if any of you know an alternate platform to do so, feel free to share!
