If letting yourself have a small treat every now and then is whats gonna keep you from b1nging on carbs and sugar DO IT!!

Depriving yourself now and letting your cravings grow will absolutely fuck you over later on

Especially if you have a menstrual cycle, your appetite will be all over the place

Letting yourself be a little lenient a few days out of the month or however often will stunt your progress wayy less than cleaning out your kitchen in the middle of the night because you've been too strict with yourself and couldn't actually stick to it

Have half a cookie if it means you'll be satisfied enough to not go back and eat the whole box later. Raise your c4l limit for a day or two if you need the extra energy to keep functioning

By ⭐ving/r3str1cting we are actively going against our minds and bodies' survival instincts. Your body can and will betray you if it decides that it can't rely on you to take care of it the "normal" way
