Day Three Hundred Sixty-Five
318/365: Five mile run on the Lakefront Path in the snow. Last run of 2103 and last workout of this challenge. Ended 47 workouts short. So of course I'm going to try it again.
Advice to myself for the 2014 challenge:
Don't get more than a week behind. It doesn't seem to hard to catch up when you're only seven workouts behind, but once you get further behind than that it starts to seem impossible.
Related: Front-load. I was doing pretty good at the start, but really started to lose steam in the middle for a while. Next year I need to maximize those first few months.
Finally: Workout in the early morning as often as possible. I'm much more likely to skip a workout if I have to squeeze it in after 6:00 or 7:00 pm.
