So excited about this roast I put on this morning. It is a Keto recipe. I have been fiddling with a few this week. I wasn't expecting to enjoy the cooking from this type of food but I have learned a lot from the difference recipes and going to be making some of my own from the things I learned. This roast is only 1/2 done and I think it is going to be SUPER DELISH!!! Prepping was super easy and in about an hour I am going to add strips of bell pepper to saute in there as well.
