This could of been as it is the first diet of the 26 but I have to call it as it is to try and get a solid summary. MEALS! Easy to prep and a decent variety for a far from accomplished chef!!!. I mean you can't go to wrong with lean meats and veggies lol. TOTAL LOSSES Diet 1 Week 1 - 7 pounds lost Diet 1 Week 2 - 9 pounds lost Total for South Beach diet - 1stone 2pounds (16 pounds) WHATS NEXT? Juice diet!!!! On this diets I will juice all my meals. All meals consist of only fruit and veg and as per the program I will do this for 2 weeks with a weigh-in on the two Saturday's. I will have four meals a day and depending on how I cope that could increase to 6. Absolutely no solids allowed on this diet. The purpose of this is to allow quicker and more efficient digestion.
