Omg I just had the best workout in a very very long time and the weirdest thing is that I trained at home! The sun was shining and after a long day at work I wasn’t in the mood to go to the gym. so I decided to go home. Picked up my dumbbells and worked out my shoulders and abs! I’m so glad that I did that! I feel great! And I’m really happy that I feel great about my body, even when I’m bulking. I’m normally very very hard for myself and the way my body looks and normally I hated everything off it. but lately I can truely say that I start loving it ! 😁 >
