he's the sharpshooter in gu.ts & blackp.owder ! he doesn't have any canon backstory or name or anything so i choose to call him holland

so the reason he looks like. That ingame is because you're not actually supposed to see him ! so the model is a placeholder LOL

in the game he's basically blocking you from progressing and shoots at you or the zombies (whichever is closest to the steeple)

you do have to kill him to get past though LOL </3

his voicelines ... ouhh they're so silly 🥹 specifically the one where he says AHAH! I GOT ME ONE! he's so british it's sickening but unfortunately it's what made me like him

8. What part of your f/o's story felt like it was missing something that your s/i was able to fill?

pretty much all of his backstory since he doesn't have one LOL 😭 i really dislike how much the gnb npcs are lacking in story and exist just to die </3 it's such a shame and i love giving them stories from my own interpretations of them because of that!!

before! since the london map takes place in 1815 i think they met sometime between 1800 and 1808? yes i know that's a large gap but i haven't really decided yet oops 😭 they've known each other at least 7 years though !

10. What canon event your f/o was involved in would have gone differently if your s/i had been there? (positive or negative)

i actually haven't thought about this before 🤔... the only canon event the game shows us for cecil is just his dead body on the gate </3 so ill insert some of my own lore here

during that event he and vaines (s/i) were seperated actually. vaines was in westminster near the bridge

but if he'd been with cecil maybe he'd be able to prevent his death ... if they didn't get caught deserting maybe. otherwise they might die together since they're outnumbered by cecil's own trained riflemen oops

this is a tough question for me tbh because all of his lore is made by conrad so i wouldn't want him to change anything ... but honestly if i had to choose then it would be anything that really makes eugene Him if that makes sense?

specifically i wouldn't want him to change eugene's enjoyment for expressing himself femininely methinks. maybe it makes him look like the yaoi template next to lawrence (eugene is 5'6 as of writing this and lawrence is 5'2 😭) and it might not seem "historically accurate" given the time period but i think it's so cute and sweet so idc... just bc most guys weren't like that doesn't mean it can't exist i love my beautiful old man here's a picture of him in the sims

before i say anything else i need you guys to know eugene's middle name is elijah (named after one of his fathers). his full initials are E.E.E. and that's really funny to me

anyways ! he's a surgeon but he's also a lieutenant colonel 👀... which is funny bc whenever he and lawrence meet again in roscoff they have a little enemies to lovers thing and lawrence is a much lower rank than him (he's a sergeant) which ends up in really funny fights between these two

later on lawrence does become a higher rank than eugene though so ☺️

also like right after roscoff lawrence hits his head on the mast of a ship and gets a concussion so eugene has to nurse him back to health. and also give him a bath. lawrence is so stinky i'm laughing sorry

also ! you might've guessed already but their shipname is revshipping because eugene is american and lawrence is british. they were in the american revolutionary war so Yeah
