Montepulciano 🇮🇹✨ 🇮🇹Montepulciano è un piccolo comune di soli 14.000 abitanti, in provincia di Siena. Celebre per la produzione dei vini ( il Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG), Montepulciano si erge tra la Valdichiana e la Val d’Orcia, e il suo aspetto si mimetizza con le colline su cui sorge. Il comune appare in sintonia tra il paesaggio rurale e quello urbano. L’insediamento nasce con gli etruschi, ma il borgo medievale ancora oggi presente appartiene al XIV secolo.

🇬🇧Montepulciano is a small town of only 14,000 inhabitants, in the province of Siena. Famous for the production of wines (the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG), Montepulciano stands between the Valdichiana and the Val d’Orcia, and its appearance is camouflaged with the hills on which it stands. The municipality appears in harmony between the rural and urban landscape. The settlement was born with the Etruscans, but the medieval village still present today belongs to the fourteenth century.
