All sales are final. I do not offer refunds.
Once the design is purchased, I am no longer responsible for any backstory, personality, themes, or written works ascribed to the character. Any works created with the character created from the design do not reflect my personal views or political beliefs.
A non exhaustive list of things that you can do with the design:
NSFW creations
Port to a different closed species
Post the design, with credit, to different sites (ie. toyhou.se, twitter, tumblr, etc.)
Create new artwork or stories based on the design
Use new artwork or stories for commercial purposes
Change the design without editing my original artwork
Trade the design for another
Resell for the same or less than the original purchase point
A list of things you cannot do with the design:
Charge back once the purchase has been made
Edit the original image I created
Use my original artwork for commercial purposes
Post somewhere without design credit
Use my artwork for A.I. purposes (ie. training, A.I. enhancing, etc.)
Resell for higher than originally purchased (Even if you are offering more art / stories / commissions)
Use the design to promote negative stereotypes ascribed to minority groups
Breaking these terms results in a permanent blacklist from any future art / designs I sell.
