Sorry for being gone! It took me until just now to catch up on GoT properly!

Sorry for my flakey appearances the past few days; I've been busy with my summer job.
❛ No, please do not feel that way. Having you is more than enough.❜
"I appreciate it, your kindness. I was hoping to offer my help to your conquest?"
"Can I help you?"
"Then you leave me to ask what it is you wish for.”
"To keep my head, for one."
abrenuntio:
"Aenys. I was a few years older than you when they smuggled all the Targaryen children from Westeros."
❛ I was unaware.
It is wonderful to meet you, Aenys. I am very happy to know I still have family. ❜
"I wish I could offer you more, Daenerys - but I have seen no one."
“ Whatever is your cause, you seek my side, my person. What do you seek? The throne? If so, I will not help you. I’ll wash my hands of the dead men who died for a moment of greatness, sitting on that cold iron chair.”
"I leave Daenerys to her conquering; I fear I wouldn't make a very good Queen, anyway. I wasn't bred for it."
She wrinkled her nose as if in distaste, bringing her cup to her lips.
"No, I have no use for the iron throne - nor the wars it causes. I don't care who sits their pompous behind upon it as long as I get to keep my head."
“ Befriending a powerless widow in the hope of a safe side to ride onward will prove you to be …not necessary.” Although glad she was of the thought of being sought by someone like the lady in front of her. “ I do not see nor understand your reasoning. Why me?”
"I have my reasons. Ones that would be complicated in explanation. In essence, however, it is because you're a brilliant woman, Lady Stark. You have power of your own, in a way most people don't understand - or respect."
❛ When one believes they are the only remaining of her blood, to hear of a cousin…surprise should seem to be a natural reaction. What is your name? ❜
"Aenys. I was a few years older than you when they smuggled all the Targaryen children from Westeros."
“ And which side would be opposing mine? Yours? My son’s? I hold no power, my lady. It is my son’s banner you are seeking.” Catelyn sighed, letting her cup lay on the table beside her. She crossed her arms gently, staring at the ground. “ You came alone, didn’t you? How did my son’s men missed you?”
"You mistake me, Lady Stark. I know very well of your son and his goals - but I do not seek him. Especially when he has men who are very easily fooled." She pauses, briefly, smiling. "I am here to speak with you. It is your frinedship I seek, power or not."
"I've had a long day at work and could use a good drink."

"I dunno about it being awful,” Grenn rumbled as he gave a shrug of his broad shoulders. “You have a house and home, not everyone can say that. A legacy and all that fancy stuff. Me?” He looked a little surprised at the thought of talking about himself around someone from a House. What would they want to know about him that was of interest? Grenn was nothing. If he had to talk about his family well — He wished he had a way with words to try and avoid a topic such as that. She was good with words, and he was good with his hands. Grenn supposed that one couldn’t have both. "Just Grenn. A nothing, a nobody," He gave a toothy smile over to her as they walked slowly along the street. His eyes looked for some sort of acceptable tavern. The ones he had seen didn’t seem the place that a woman should enter, at least enter and expect respect. "Though I guess tonight you can call me your drinking buddy. Don’t say saviour — That makes me sound all handsome and awesome, like I should have some fancy armour on with a house sigil on it and one of them things that hang from your shoulders."
"And yet I cannot enter any town without someone accusing my family and house of such monstrosities; and then they take it out on me. What my house did - it is not my fault." On some days, she wished she had been born into another house - or at the very least, a Targaryen bastard like the Blackfyres. Even if she hadn't been cursed with this blasted silver-blonde hair. "You're someone. Everyone is someone." Aenys spoke, smiling warmly to him. "Besides, you certainly don't need armor or a house to be a saviour. You likely saved my life, Grenn - someone with armor or a house wouldn't have because they would have seen me as a traitor Targaryen who didn't deserve to live. In many ways, you're more brillian and quite a lot better than men who belong to even the noblest of houses." She paused. "If you'll permit me to say such, of course. I don't want to make you uncomfortable."
