solitude is — bliss?

lately it seems like the people who are supposed to care most about me, couldn’t care less. i tried to reach out about and express how i’ve been feeling & only got a few common words back & it left me thinking, are these the people i want closest to me? i’ve secluded myself and really have tried to focus on my mental health, haven’t been answering calls, texts, i’ve deleted my other social media & have forced myself to leave my house — but i don’t know how to get better, i’m so confused on where to go from here. i want to feel like myself again.
