Everyone in the class was pretty used to this obvious display of affection that Riku gave to Mono, loud and clear. Surely, it was more expected than anything—And so, everything went right back to normal as the blonde continued to coo.

“I hope you’ve had a good break? Tell me, tell me everything you couldn’t say over mail!”

Normally, the heaping amount of affections Riku gives to Mono would fluster her right away and it would take a minute or so for her to adjust to the hugs and head pats.

But now, she’s just so relieved and let her arms wrap the other’s body.

“ Yeah, sort of. And it’s kind of a long story. . . .You sure you have the time to hear it? “

It was a common habit for all students, to look up when hearing the door slide open. And oh, was she grateful that she looked up from her twitter feed.

Look at her! Look at her!!

She actually came back.

“Monoko~!”

Ooh, there she goes—Cooing the younger’s name while outstretching her hands, ready to collide into the other’s body with a hug.

Just as she enters the classroom, all eyes were on her. But hers were affixed to the ground from the beginning. First there was silence, then there was small whispers from here and there. The tension was so unnerving.

From this moment, she could feel the immediate regret in her decision.

But it all melts instantly as a pair familiar arms began to envelop her rigid figure, bodies colliding to a warm hug. Dazed yet relieved, her glassy eyes finally met with her.

“ Ri-senpai. . .! It’s so good to see you again! “

This guy just wont leave you alone.

For the past ( for what it seems like ) 30 minutes, some con-man began to follow the ravenette and try to persuade her to buy whatever product or scam he has in his sleeves, and she’s sure as heck not falling for it.

By now, Mono is desperate to get out from this shady man’s spiel. So abruptly, she patted the shoulder of the person in front of her and immediately gave a friendly smile and greeted to the other;

“ Hey. . .!

Sorry, did I made you wait? Let’s get going then. “

Let’s just hope this confused soul gets the situation she’s in.

Those words kept going on a loop in her mind as she stands unnervingly in front of the classroom door. She’s been taking a break from school for too long, and it only started as a little time-off for herself.

But it seems it was more than that.

Taking a deep breath for what it feels like the umpteenth time, her shaking hands reached for the knob of the door then she exhaled.
