the nice side of saturn
with the possible exception of pluto, saturn is the planet i see most villainized and feared in astrology. and there's good reason for this - he was classically a malefic and to this day necessarily retains unpleasant qualities like constriction, restriction, "lessons", and a long wait time.
on the other hand, especially when you are having a tough saturn transit, try to remember the positives! his association with time and constriction can enhance commitments, give long projects staying power, prevent you from taking overly/dangerously hasty actions, etc.
and my favorite: saturn has old agricultural and therefore harvest associations. yes, a scythe has a strong association with death. it also has a strong association with reaping the fruits of your labor, the products of your intentions, and various good and abundant things! people are often so quick to fear the downside of saturn they forget they want to be able to get what they worked for, too. while jupiter and venus surely do bestow easy boons and mercury helps with exchanges, your life and your comfort are incomplete without a saturn harvest to collect rewards and sustenance.
22°
22° placements can reveal feelings of obligation, like they 'owe people they would be nothing without' even though the person they are wouldn't exist without the work they put in too. Until they provide for people because they genuinely want to, the love it buys won't feel real.
24°
24° placements can show us disappearing when stress is at its peak, an attempt to find time to reflect that forces things to move faster than they would have if two people were working against it. It's a need to be able to trust people trying to help us figure out our feelings.
16°
16° placements can reveal a desire to either scream the name of our hometown from a mountaintop or separate from our past entirely, specifically the place we grew up having such an impact on the person we see ourselves as that dealing with our past is unavoidable.
