Say for example Callum Crown got his memories back for a moment, would he and Mingus even get along. Or would it be a "i dedicated my whole life to bringing you back, and youre acting like this?" Kind of situation from Mingus.

They both have such different ways of doing things it just makes me curious how they would interact if Callum was all (or at least more) with it.

Funnily enough, I was talking about this very question with a friend only the other night.

The game intentionally leaves this answer extremely vague. Norm even asks gives two possible answers in his scene with Mingus, both claiming that Crown'd hate Mingus and then that he'd be proud of her. It's a great illustrator of the fact that nobody in the cast REALLY knew the guy.
