Figured I'd make a side blog for Gorillaz (and to a lesser extect powerpuff girls too) cause I wanted a place where i can just talk about Ace and 2D whenever i feel like it. I'll probably talk about the others too, and I'll reblog the Gorillaz art from my art blog or just stuff from other people I think is neat. Ok so somehow in the leaked PPG script Ace managed to be the best character because he's present for quite a few scenes but says and does basically nothing. Though I'm sure they'll mess that up as soon as he does do anything important.

On a side note, how is it that out of every villain they chose Ace to fill the roll of just sort of hanging around, is it because he's gotten a lot of attention from Gorillaz or something?? I'm not gonna watch it, even for Ace.

Yikes! Just heard about the NFT thing, I hope it's higher ups making it happen and not the Gorillaz team themselves but. We don't know yet and probably won't find out, either way! That's really bad and as an artist I hope NFTs flop hard and become a laughing stock.

Got that boy, and I knew when I bought this that he'd be 12 inches tall but I DID NOT ANTICIPATE HIM BEING THIS TALL

Out of all my many, many figures he towers over all of them, I don't even need to put him next to them to confirm, he is just that tall. As it should be.

If anybody else has this and doesn't know where the switch for the eyes is it's under his hair, so you will need to see bald 2D to turn the lights on

When was the last time I drew this man? It’s been too long. Look at him, the way I draw has completely changed since the last time I drew him.

I also hope the stars in his eyes are appreciated because getting them to look how I wanted was strangely hard??? I mean, I’ve been awake like uhh, 21 hours but I’m sure that has nothing to do with it. (Don’t worry, I just suffer horrendous insomnia, I’m working on it)

Absolutely in love with Strange Timez, the shots with 2D staring at Earth... And he got to drive to the moon. Russel doing space doughnuts... Noodle looking at the Magic City line "there's a billboard on the moon" and deciding that not for long it will be.

Also everyone leaving without Murdoc was very funny, if you're not back in the car on time we're leaving you behind

Live action Powerpuff Girls is a concept that scares me and I'm hoping they realize the many reasons why it's a bad idea and can it but with that being said... I think it would be very funny and cool if in the live action PPG Ace showed up and was just. A cartoon like how he is in the Gorillaz music videos
